Como conseguir acesso root num servidor partilhado!

Isto aconteceu agora mesmo...

A situação era simples, estou com problemas a invocar o script para reset de password a partir do painel de administração de sites, como o ticket aberto para o suporte técnico não estava a ser respondido resolvi usar o live chat para resolver a situação.
